If you like to lift free weights you can go that route, but at the same time you can work out on machines. Joining a gym will give you the flexibility that you need in order to get started. You will also be able to diversify your workout so that you don't get tired of doing the same thing day in and day out. Diversifying your workout will help to keep you motivated.

An exercise program is something that you can easily incorporate without much trouble at all. By exercising more often you will be able to lose weight faster than you ever thought possible.
